We feel extremely fortunate to have found Cindy Barrett and Windy Way Hill Puppies. We adopted our little Maltipoo, Mia, this past August, and she has been the most wonderful addition to our family. Cindy is a very experienced, knowledgeable and professional breeder. She was extremely helpful throughout the adoption process and really set Mia up for a seamless transition into our home. We couldn’t have asked for a better breeder and adoption experience. Mia is now 7 months old, 4lbs, and lights up our life every day.
