Cindy was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. I was very pleased with how she communicated along the way with pictures and videos of my pups progress. Because I live in Maryland I had to travel to meet her transporter with my pup. She made the process with meeting the transporter a breeze. And then once I received my pup I was even more pleased and impressed by how adorable my pup was. I was also provided with such an amazing care package. I Highly recommend Windy Way Hill Puppies
